Albert Kipkorir Tonui and Valentine Jebet winners of the 10 km Night Run
A record-breaking crowd of almost 5,000 runners, a floodlit Main Market Square, loud cheering of fans and a unique atmosphere - this was the setting for the 10km Night Run, which concluded Saturday's competition as part of the accompanying events of the 21st Cracovia Marathon. In the 10 km competition, the best were Albert Kipkorir Tonui among men (time of 32 minutes and 54 seconds) and Valentine Jebet among women (time of 33 minutes 34 seconds).
For both athletes, it was the second victory of the day. Before noon, the Kenyans proved to be the best during the 17th Piotr Gładki Mini Cracovia Marathon for the RMF MAXX Cup.
Oleh Bondarchuk finished second among men in the Main Market Square. The third was Łukasz Kapłon. Among the ladies, the podium was completed by Sviatlana Sanko - second place and Sylwia Indeka - third place.
4586 people from 35 countries took part in the run.

The first three in the women's and men's general classifications were presented with medals and prizes by the Director of the Sports Infrastructure Management Board of Kraków and the 21st Cracovia Marathon, Krzysztof Kowal, and the Deputy Director of the Sports Infrastructure Management Board of Kraków for Marketing and Organisation of Sports Events, Katarzyna Stępniewska-Walaszczyk.
