European Games 2023 Night Run: registration has started!
The acceptance of applications for the European Games 2023 10 km Night Run, which will take place on the evening before the 20th Cracovia Marathon - on Saturday, April 22 at 9:30 p.m., has begun. As many as 6000 adults will be able to take part in the biggest event accompanying the jubilee edition of the Kraków's marathon. Participants will start and finish where the marathon runners do - on the Main Market Square.
The view of the illuminated monuments and streets of the Old Town from the perspective of the runner is a unique experience, as testified by the competitors who took part in the event. The start and finish line in the glare of the lights and with the loud cheering of the crowds of supporters on Kraków's Main Market Square are also unique.
The Titular Partner of this year's eighth edition of the run is the European Games 2023 Company.
- As was the case during last year's 8th Cracovia Royal Half Marathon, when we jointly organised a run dedicated to the European Games, this will also be the case for the 20th jubilee Cracovia Marathon - for the Night Run on 22 April. I am very pleased that with this event and at this event we will promote the European Games Kraków-Małopolska 2023 - says Krzysztof Kowal, Director of the Sports Infrastructure Management Board of Kraków - the Organiser of the run.
- I myself have participated in previous editions of the Night Run. Without hesitation, we accepted this proposal and will be present during the biggest running festival in April. Participants will be able to feel part of our project - the 3rd European Games Kraków-Małopolska 2023 - and make a contribution to ensuring that this event will be talked about for many, many years to come. By taking part in the European Games Night Run, you will be able to become, in fact, a fully-fledged member of the Polish team, this our Third European Games Team - emphasises Marcin Nowak, President of the European Games 2023 Company.
Registration for the European Games 2023 10 km Night Run
Online registration for the European Games 2023 Night Run is available HERE. Before registering, please read the REGULATIONS of the run. Online applications will be accepted until April 13, 2023 or until the limit of participants is exhausted. If there are any vacancies, registration will still be conducted at the Competition Office - on April 21-22, 2023.
A properly completed application form and payment of the entry fee are considered valid applications. If the payment is not made immediately after registration, the application is considered invalid.
Team registration
There is a possibility of team registration. The minimum number of competitors that may be registered through the team registration is 10. Details on the rules of team sign-ups can be found HERE.
Gift voucher
It is possible to purchase a voucher - a gift for an athlete. Details on how to pay the entry fee for another person can be found HERE.
Conditions of participation
There is a limit of starters - 6000 competitors. The organizer reserves the right to change the above-mentioned limit.
The run may be attended by people who turn 18 on April 22, 2022 at the latest. Time to complete the route is 1.5 hours.
The entry fee
PLN 70 - until March 31, 2023
PLN 90 – April 1-13, 2023
PLN 130 - April 21-22, 2023 at the Competition Office, if the starting limit is not reached
The payment of the starting fee is possible only via the PayU payment system until April 13, 2023, immediately after registering for participation or - if the limit of participants and accepting applications is not exhausted - at the Competition Office, according to the above-mentioned rates.
Lack of payment upon registration will result in removal from the start list.
The PayU system allows you to pay the entry fee in EUR by calculating the entry fee according to the EUR exchange rate on the date of payment. It is not possible to pay in EURO at the Competition Office.
Competition Office
Competition Office will be located at the Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium, 20 Reymonta Street in Kraków and will be open on:
April 21, 2023, 3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
April 22, 2023, 7:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
T-Shirt
Starting packages do not include a T-shirt. During registration, runners only declare that they want to buy a t-shirt and size. T-shirts will be sold at the Expo Competition Office during the Event by the Technical Sponsor of the Event.
