1. Competitors representing teams may participate in the Run. Group registration is intended to facilitate payment on behalf of the entire group by the company/association/club.

2. The minimum number of athletes that can be signed up through group registration is 5 people.

3. The amount of the entry fee and their deadlines for team registration are the same as for individual registration.

4. The accrued amount of the entry fee must be credited to the Organiser's account by the effective date of the amount, in accordance with the regulations. Otherwise, the payer will receive a refund of the payment or surcharge to the correct amount.

5. Groups of 10 or more people are subject to a 10% discount for groups as indicated in the regulations of the Event. When paying the team entry fee, there is no individual discount or transfer of the entry fee to another person. The discount does not apply to the optionally purchased medal engraving service.

6. Method of registration:

- The team representative contacts the Organiser by sending an email to zapisy@zis.krakow.pl  containing:

- team name,

- the number of players comprising the team,

- accurate data, necessary to issue a proforma invoice (full name of the company/entity, address of the registered office, VAT number).

7. In the title of the message, please write: “Group registration ... for the OSHEE 10 km  Night Run” (in place of the dots, write the name of the team). Correspondence concerning the start of the team should be carried out in response to subsequent messages or always specifying the above wording in the title of the message.

8. In the return e-mail, the representative of the team, will receive a proforma invoice, which is the basis for payment of the entry fee for the team.

9. After the payment is credited to the Organiser's account, the team representative will receive an e-mail with the invoice and codes for registration of team players.

10. The number of codes depends on the number of people in the team for which the payment was made. Each code can be used only once.

11. The representative of the team shall immediately transfer the codes to the paid athletes themselves.

12. The codes can be used only until the electronic registration is conducted, i.e. until the deadline for online registration or until the limit of entries is exhausted. It is not possible to use codes for registration at the Competition Office.

13. Competitors sign up individually, in the appropriate place on the registration form, giving the code received from the team representative. The system on the basis of the code recognizes the entry fee paid and the athlete is enrolled in the list of competitors. Competitors must have entered in the form the same team name that was indicated at the time of registration.

14. At the Competition Office, each competitor picks up the starter package individually.

15. The competitor signing up for the Run by code shall not fill in the company data for invoicing.

16. Competitors signing up through a team registration shall be bound by all other points of the Rules and Regulations.

17. The Organizer does not provide for team classification.
