- The Organizer allows the purchase of a starter pack/entry fee on behalf of another participant in the form of a voucher.
- The entry fee when purchasing a voucher is the same as when registering directly.
- Discounts specified in the event regulations do not apply to voucher purchases.
- Each voucher must be used (i.e., the participant must register via the registration system) within 21 days of purchase, but no later than the closing date of online registration.
- Vouchers cannot be used after online registration closes, including at the Competition Office.
- Voucher purchase process:
a. Contact the Organizer via email: zapisy@zis.krakow.pl.
b. Email subject: “Voucher Purchase – OSHEE 10KM NIGHT RUN”.
c. Email content must include the name of the race to which the voucher applies and the payer's details for the pro forma invoice:
- For individuals: full name and address
- For companies: company name, registered address, and VAT ID (NIP)
d. After receiving the proforma invoice, payment must be made.
e. Once the payment is confirmed, the Organizer will send a voucher with a unique code.
f. The code must be entered in the appropriate field of the registration form.
g. Each participant registers individually via the online form.
- Issuing a proforma invoice does not guarantee a spot on the start list.
- Starter packs must be collected in person at the Competition Office.
- Paid vouchers are non-refundable.
- Entry fees paid via voucher cannot be transferred to another participant.
- The voucher does not include the optional medal engraving service. If you wish to use this service, you should report this in an email.
